Cookies and measurement choices.
This notice explains the cookies and similar browser-storage technologies used by Manager Playbooks.
1. What we use
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, can also store or access information on your device. We use them to remember your choice and, if you allow it, to measure how people use the site.
2. Essential preference storage

3. Optional analytics and advertising measurement
When you choose “Accept analytics & advertising”, we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. Google Analytics can use Google cookies and related identifiers, including cookies commonly named _ga and _ga_<container-id>, to measure visits, interactions and campaign performance. Microsoft Clarity can use cookies and similar identifiers to help us understand aggregate page behaviour, such as clicks, scrolling and session playback.
We use this information to understand demand for potential playbooks, improve the site and assess advertising performance, including buy-button conversion measurement. We do not intentionally use the site to build remarketing audiences or send form responses to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
Google’s technologies and their durations can change. Google provides current information about its cookies and privacy practices in its own notices.
4. Stripe checkout
If you choose to buy a playbook, the payment step opens on Stripe. Stripe may use cookies and similar technologies on its own service for payment processing, fraud prevention and checkout security. Manager Playbooks does not load Stripe cookies before you choose to open checkout.
5. Mailing-list signup
If you sign up for discounts, new playbook notifications, related resources or offers, the form sends your details to our email workflow after you submit it. The mailing-list form does not add additional browser storage on this site.
6. Change your choice
Selecting “Essential only” prevents the site from loading Google Analytics and advertising measurement tags. Selecting “Accept analytics & advertising” enables them.
This will remove the stored choice and return you to the site, where the banner will be shown again.
7. Browser controls
You can also clear or block cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Blocking all storage may affect some site features. For more about how we process personal data, see our Privacy notice.
